Why are you changing your name from Advanced Body Scan to Craft Body Scan?

We have changed our name to Craft Body Scan because we believe health care should be crafted uniquely for the individual. We have changed our overall look, however our services, friendly team, and mission all remain the same. We now have the brand to offer more services to our patients.

What is involved in the rebrand from Advanced Body Scan to Craft Body Scan?

The new Craft Body Scan logo, images, fonts, and colors will replace the Advanced Body Scan brand. The logo, name, URL and email addresses will change, along with the look and feel of our collateral materials, website, and social media. Don’t worry – if you use our previous email addresses or domain, you will be automatically redirected.

What are the key dates?

The rebrand changes will begin to take effect on January 31st. This includes exterior and interior signage, website, collateral, scrubs, and more.

What is Craft Health?

Welcome to the world of health care crafted by you, for you! Craft Health is our new parent company. Within Craft Health, you will find a suite of companies with unique service offerings. In the short term, Craft Health connects all our companies, in the long term, it will allow us to better serve our patients through an expansion of service offerings. Do I need to update anything on my patient profile?

No. All the heavy lifting will be done by our team. You just get to admire the new look of our brand!

I have a contract with you, is it still valid?

Yes. All contracts and agreements are still valid. Contracts will be updated with our new name as renewal dates occur.

Has my point of contact changed?

No. You will continue to be supported by the same friendly team. Our employees will have new email addresses so you may notice our new domains – @crafthealth.com. Be on the lookout for emails from our new domain and consider adding us to your contacts list so we can continue to stay in touch. Don’t worry if you send something to one of our old email addresses, we will still receive it.

Can I still connect with you on social media?

Yes. We’ll be updating our social media channels to reflect our new name. Look out for notifications on those channels.

Will my login details (username and password) to your scheduling system change?

No. You’ll still be able to access our online platforms using your existing credentials.

Have your payment details changed?

Our payment details remain the same, however you may notice “DBA Craft Body Scan” on your statement.

Will there be any system downtime?

No, you will not lose access to our website or our online scheduling system.
